Production Flexibility

75 custom designed compression molding presses rated from 1 to 750 tons; with base plates ranging from 1 to 40 square inches.

- Each press is a self contained system allowing various press configuration to accommodate a wide variety of seal shapes and sizes.
- We are proud of our in-house design/build team who has custom designed and fabricated each press.
- We are capable of custom designing/fabrication just about any size press for your specific part requirements.

Product Consistency

- Our presses are digitally controlled for temperature, pressure and cycle time. Regular third party calibration ensures maximum molding efficiency, and product quality.

Our building is designed for cellular manufacturing and based soley on lean manufacturing JIT principles.
