The substantial changes to the architecture for Version 3.0 resulted in changes that affected nearly all of the market packages. In some cases, market packages were broken into multiple instances of the market package to provide clarity where more than one inventory element was central to the service.

As a result of the numerous changes in subsystems and market packages in Version 3.0 resulting from stakeholder inputs and the overall change in the scope of the Northern Virginia ITS Architecture definition, please refer to the information flow section for each inventory element to examine the changes in this version.

Operating Concept Updates

The Operating Concept has been updated to associate the NRO Strategic Plan with the Northern Virginia ITS Architecture definition.

Functional Requirements Updates

Functional requirement updates were incorporated throughout the architecture definition. Functional requirements are included on the inventory element description pages where applicable. The functional requirements are also available under the Requirements tab in the Turbo Architecture database.
