Emergency Call-Taking and Dispatch - NRO

Definition:

This market package represents the basic public safety call-taking and dispatch services provided by the NRO Local Public Safety Centers. It should be noted that the VDOT Arlington SSP Center has the ability to dispatch VDOT Arlington SSP Vehicles to incident scenes as well. This market package includes emergency vehicle equipment, equipment used to receive and route emergency calls to enable safe and rapid deployment of appropriate resources to an emergency. The public safety agencies in the NRO area can coordinate their activities between each other to support emergency notification between agencies.
